Australia is a country in the Southern Hemisphere between the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. Its official name is the Commonwealth of Australia and its capital city is Canberra. It is the world's sixth-largest country by total area.


22 million people live in Australia, and about 80% of them live on the east coast. About 60% live in and around the mainland state capitals of SydneyMelbourneBrisbane, Perth and Adelaide and Australia is world famous for its natural wonders and wide open spaces, its beaches, deserts and etc.



01. Sydney 
Sydney is the  capital of New South Wales and the most famous city in Australia and in the world too. It is located on Australia's south-east coast of the Tasman Sea.  The beautiful city is built on hills surrounding by Sydney Harbor, Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. There are many other beautiful places to visit: Bondi Beach, Sydney Tower, Taronga Park Zoo, Manly Ferry, darling Harbour.












02. Melbourne
Melbourne is the largest city in the state of Victoria and the second most populated city in Australia. It’s characterized by many grand civic buildings including Parliament House, Old Melbourne Gaol, the State Library, Melbourne Town Hall and many others.










03. Great Barrier Reef 
The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland in northeast Australia. Also it is one of the world's natural wonders! The Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest coral reef system, comprises approximately 2900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for 1,616 miles (2,600km) over an area of approximately 344,400 square kilometers. Tourism is an important economic activity for the region, generating $1 billion per year.

Perth is located in the southwestern part of Western Australia. Western Australian city of Perth is really set on generally flat area. Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world and it located along the southern coast of Queensland, Australia. Its length is approximately 120 kilometers (75 mi) and its width is 24kilometers (15 miles) Queensland is the largest island and the sixth largest island of Australia.
